With over twelve years of dedicated experience in yoga, Komal Dhiman’s journey began with State and National level competitions and gradually evolved into teaching, training, and helping others discover the transformative power of yoga. What started as a practice became a way of life, and today she shares that journey with practitioners of all levels.
She is a certified teacher trainer from Dehradun, Uttarakhand, close to Rishikesh, the yoga capital of the world.
Her academic and professional journey is deeply rooted in the study and practice of yoga. She holds a B.Voc. in Yoga Science and an M.A. in Yogacharya, Yoga Science.
Her primary focus is Yoga Therapy, where she works with individuals seeking support with concerns such as back pain, cervical discomfort, joint issues and stress, through mindful, authentic and individualised yogic practices.
Komal believes yoga is much more than physical flexibility or performing advanced postures. True yoga is about developing a deeper connection between the body, breath, mind and inner self.
Every individual is different, and so her teaching approach combines the traditional principles of yoga with practices adapted to each person’s body, abilities, needs and goals. Whether you are beginning your yoga journey, looking to deepen your practice, improve flexibility and balance, or explore yoga as a supportive approach to overall well-being, her intention is to create a practice that is safe, mindful, purposeful and transformative.
Her intention is simple: to help you breathe with awareness, move with balance, heal with patience, and transform through the practice of yoga.
Yoga is not about how far you can stretch. It is about how deeply you can connect with your body, your breath, and yourself.
